Birds arrived at the race point at 2.30am. Conditions at the point are clear and fine with light to moderate southerly winds. The birds did not circle on release, clearing instantly into a southerly direction. Forecasts along the way are for continuing south to south-east winds at bundaberg, with wsw forecast early at maryborough , with east to north-east winds as the day gets on.
